Mashrafi is not in Second ODI against England

Mashrafi is not playing in the second ODI against England in current home series of Bangladesh. The team management has decided to give him a rest for today's match. But Mashrafi is not happy in this decision. He had left hotel with his baggage, and returned home. Though officially he is saying that, "I am not playing for my mother's illness." From a dependable source, he is going to India to Play in IPL(Indian Premier League). He is contracted with the Shahrukh Khan's team Calcutta Knight Riders. The coach of the team Dave whatmore called him there.
Captain of Bangladesh Team Shakib Al Hasan said, "We know he is in a trouble with his mother's illness." So its a big news for the Cricket loving Bangladeshi, cause they loves Mashrafi too. But is it correct to take a such decision against team management?
